Greetham Church welcomes you

Greetham Church through the tree tops

The people of Greetham welcome you to our church building for rest, restoration and refreshment.

This ancient building stands as a tribute to those many who have laboured and worshipped here for the last 800 years.

Our church building may look old, but it stands to be used by everyone.

Church Facilities

Our church is not only used for the regular weekly services and activities. A small kitchen and disabled access toilet have been installed enabling us to host events with refreshments and conveniences!

Church Services

We have a service in the church most Sundays. On the fifth Sunday we have a benefice service in one of the parishes. See service plan page for more on regular services.

Café Church

Our Café Church meets usually on the fourth Friday each month, with coffee and cakes. Church, but "It's not what you think". Change of venue from the original! Next INWYT is on Fri 24th May from 7.15pm at St Mary's Church, Greetham.

Early Morning Prayer

Monday to Friday mornings 8am in St Mary's, Greetham. All are welcome to this half hour of reading the bible, quiet reflection and praying together.

Shattered on Saturday

Likely to resume in November when the roof is finished. Normally every Saturday morning the church is open for Shattered on Saturday where tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits are free. Everyone is welcome to come and relax, chat, listen to music, read daily and local newspapers and generally wind down from the week's hustle.

Church Bells

Greetham has a ring of six bells. The church bells are rung when we can raise a team, visiting ringers are welcome. More about the bells on the history page.

Come and visit our beautiful church, we look forward to meeting you.
